學習攝影的歷史、觀念、技術並到街頭練習攝影，將理論應用於實作上。
適合的參加者
對於攝影有興趣的朋友都歡迎參加，上課為全程英文，所以要有基本的聽說能力，參加者必須有一臺相機或照相手機。
課程內容
10/7 攝影的基本概念及相機操作
We will spend the entire class going over the most basic terms and vocabulary related to photography. Our goal will be to discuss all the parts of the camera, to have each person become more familiar with their own camera, and most importantly to learn the key concepts like Exposure Triangle, Manual Mode, Exposure, Shutter Speed, and ISO. A camera is required.
10/14 手動模式介紹與攝影實作
We will spend the first hour (or more) learning more key concepts like Focus, Metering, and White Balance. We will begin practicing with our cameras on a simple subject. I will show the process that I would use to take a picture. Students will take basic photos in manual mode for my review. We will work out any familiarity issues students may have with their own camera. A camera is required.
10/21 街頭攝影實作
We will spend the entire class outdoors shooting pictures in manual mode. I will discuss a few more concepts such as Histogram, EFTH, ETTL, ETTR, exposure compensation and a brief introduction to photo composition. Students will be challenge to make a "good exposure" using the exposure triangle in manual mode in a variety of outdoor situations. A camera is required.
10/28 各種攝影模式的應用及作品分享
We will spend the first half of the class learning to shoot with program modes such as Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, Art Filters, etc.shooting outdoors. Finally students will show examples of their work throughout the course for my review. By this point, students should be able to confidently use their camera in most basic situations in several different modes all while understanding the Exposure Triangle etc.. A camera is required.
Bryan是來自美國的攝影師，他一直在旅行。2010他第一次來到台灣，那時他繞著台灣拍了許多照片，之後他到了大陸讀書，待過成都、北京（所以他中文相當流利），今年才又回到台灣定居。第一次見面時，我為Bryan寫了一篇網誌，歡迎大家讀讀看。另外Bryan的專長是街頭攝影、城市攝影，他擅長透過照片來說故事，請見Bryan在MyDearTeacher的個人頁面，可以更了解Bryan的風格。
