你有一身好廚藝？擁有相當多人生閱歷與豐富故事想分享？那麼何不試試成為『我家做客Back Home』 的HomeChef，邀請更多人嚐嚐你精湛的廚藝，彼此聊聊人生，分享你的閱歷與經驗。
透過前三個月的開團用餐經驗，我們發現其實很多人都有一顆想餵飽別人的心。雖然他們不是米其林餐廳的大廚，也還沒條件開一家自己的餐廳，但他們卻喜歡擺弄食材，常常做了一桌子好菜，也藉此在餐桌上和身旁的賓客交換故事，一同創造難忘的體驗。而我們就想發掘這些人！

臺灣，有著友善熱情的「人」及形形色色的「美食」，我們透過平台邀請來自各地的朋友到臺灣人家中，享受道地的臺灣料理也感受臺灣人的熱情。在餐桌前可以不分彼此的學習語言、交換文化，甚至是像朋友一樣輕鬆的分享一天中的大小事。
Taiwan is known for its passionate and friendly people and its variety of foods. We invite you to the homes of Taiwanese people to let your palette rediscover the taste of home cooking and what a “home” feels like again. On the dinner table, we are able to lay down our differences and learn about each other’s cultures, languages, and just simply share our lives with each other.
我家做客 BackHome」就是藉由私人廚房的想法，延伸出“一張大餐桌，分享臺灣味”，從餐桌散發出道地的美味，還有著濃濃的人情味，正是我家做客BackHome的新用餐概念。
"Backhome" is a new idea derived from our reminscence of mama's cooking - sharing the best taste of Taiwan's home cooking. The essence of "BackHome" is the taste of home cooking and the passion and friendliness of Taiwanese people.
這是一個新的開始，也是心的出發。
一張餐桌，享受豐盛，感受深刻，也分享快樂。
