【329青年無國界團圓日】International Youth Day

台灣一直以來扮演文化融爐的角色，這座島上乘載各個國家的人，卻一直沒有機會讓大家認識彼此。台北大稻埕，早期台灣經濟最繁榮的地方，更是西方思想進入台灣的主要管道。

但因台北經濟重心轉移，大稻埕逐漸走向沒落；好在近幾年，年輕人帶著創意投入大稻埕，將歷史文化變成體驗，讓大稻埕變得好玩、好吃、有創意。

「團圓大稻埕」，以在地食材作為Cooking Class主題，連結遊客及在地居民，團圓將化身為文化交融的基地。3/29 國際青年日，這天除了是三五好友郊遊踏青好日子以外，不如趁機會讓各國青年朋友互相認識，提到異國風情你想到什麼呢？沒錯就是美食！

3/29這天，團圓將舉辦『異國美食交流 Cooking Party』，邀請來自世界各國朋友，不分國家不分種族，只要你願意來跟我們分享。

➤ 請準備一道你的家鄉傳統食物，當然，你也可以選擇用其他有趣的方式，介紹你的國家。
➤我們也準備道地團圓菜，還有這些料理的食譜故事，可以在家動手DIY，趕快來大稻埕認識新朋友吧！

【Information】

Taiwan has been the culture exchange center in Asia. People from all nations live and interact here, but they never have chance to know each other. Dadaocheng, Taipei, the most prosperous place in early Taiwan is the main entrance that Western thought. Because of shifting of Taipei Economic center, Dadaocheng kept declining. Fortunately, with creative ideas, some young people turned historical culture in Dadaocheng to cultural experience and make Dadaocheng become fun, delicious, creative.

"Reunion Dadaocheng" will be the basement for cultural exchange. We choose local ingredients as the topic of Cooking Class and connect tourists and residents with it. In addition to going on outing with friends, you can also take the opportunity to know friends form other countries on 3/29, International Youth Day. What will flash upon you when talking about exotic flavors? Yes, it is food!

Reunion will hold the “Exotic Cuisine Exchange Cooking Party” and invite people from all over the world, different countries and races to join and share with us. Prepare your hometown traditional food and also introduce your country to us in an interesting way. We will prepare local gourmets, stories of them, and the cooking recipes for all of you. Join us and DIY these local gourmet at home. Let's meet new friends in Dadaocheng!
