    Please scroll down to the notification for International ticket plan and read carefully before buying the ticket. 

>>  報名 

1. 姓名、電話及E-mail 請務必填寫正確。
2. 本活動報名提供全家代碼繳費、信用卡支付、ATM繳款、Paypal 付款(國際支付)
3. 請在繳費期限兩日內(含購票當日)完成付款，否則系統將自動取消訂單。屆時請重新進行訂購流程。

>>  退費 

1. 報名成功後，若不克出席(不包含天災等不可抗力因素)，可申請退票手續。注意: 本活動委由活動通處理退票事宜。

>>  報到入場

1. 繳費完成後系統將自動寄發電子票券至您的email信箱
2. 本活動將以掃描電子票券上之QRcode進行報到入場，您可以將之列印下來攜至會場或是以行動裝置出示，並請妥善保管您的電子票券。

【Notification before purchasing for International Ticket Plan】

>>  Registration

1. Please fill your Name,Mobile Number and Email correctly.
2. For international applicants, the bill can be paid through the payment system of Paypal. 
3. Please pay the bill in TWO days(Includes the day you buy the ticket), or the system will cancel the order automatically.
4. If the system cancel the ticket order automatically, please restart the order process.

>>  Refund

If you find out that you are not available on the event date(Do not includes the natural disaster and damage), please feel free to refund the ticket.

• Notification: The refund will be conducted through Paypal. If you need to refund, please write to our service mail box first and we would have the staff from the system to help you.

>>  Check In 

1. The E-ticket required for the check in of the summit will be sent to your email automatically after the payment is complete.
2. During the check in, our staff will scan the QR code on the ticket, and you could choose to print it out or put it in your mobile device.
