Norma Medina Is a passionate and professional Vocalist/songwriter, music coach, with a charismatic personality, great stage presence and a wild range of experience. Her voice has been described as unique, warm and versatile making every performance unforgettable! Norma Studied Music, performing arts and Latin dance choreography at 9 years old in ‘LA CLAVE institute and later at the National School in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The love for music started when she was only 5 years old and her first gig at 10 years old with her father, a professional guitar player, percussionist and director of the Latin Orchestra ‘AMAZONAS’ (Amazon Youth Orchestra). At the age of 16 Norma started her musical career as the lead vocalist (and youngest member) of some renowned Latin Orchestras touring all over Colombia and later touring worldwide sharing the stage with outstanding musicians.
Guitar｜Fabio Aurelio Moreira
Fabio Moreira is a professional Brazilian guitarist, producer, composer, session player sponsored by MOOER, LEEKY Guitars and DAVID ALLEN Pickups. Exciting and dynamic in both performance and musicality; well versed in all music styles. He wields an audible palette which is dynamic and expressive. Fabio has been learning, studying and working as a guitarist since very young age. He began her training at 10 years old in CPV College Music in Brazil, Cacapava and with 17 years old he was already performing and excelling in a large number of International Music Festivals and TV shows in Brazil, later performing in Australia, Argentina, London, Las Vegas, Hong Kong , Malaysia, with a number of bands and professional Asian artists such as :Olivia Ong 王俪婷, Diana Wan王詩安 , Andrew Tang 陳勢安 , Lara Liang 梁心頤 , Gary Chaw 曹格, whyte - te壞特, recording and playing at important festivals and events as The Golden Melody Global Music Festival (2014 and 2021) , The Global Chinese Music Awards in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei Jazz Festivals. The first time Norma & Fabio visited Taiwan was in 2013 until 2015 invited by a Taiwanese recording company. And their second visit was in 2018 where Fabio released his first Solo Instrumental Album ‘FISON’ . At the end of 2018 Norma and Fabio formed GROOVE STATION , inviting High level musicians that resides in Taiwan to join them making an unique and fresh project with a punch of Grooves.Together they perform fine covers and original tunes, written by Norma and Fabio performing at some well known music Festivals as ‘World Music Festival 2020 & 2021, Taipei Jazz Festival 2020 & 2021, TV Music Shows as 人與琴的對話 Channel 37 and at 大聲My客風 , just to name a few, having as influence Gilberto Gil, Djavan, Elis Regina, Ed Motta, Antônio Carlos Jobim, Maria Rita, João Bosco, Roberta Sá, Caetano Veloso. currently Norma and Fabio are recording their second album, called 'La Gran Aventura'. A fusion of Brazilian and Cuban Rhythms with Jazz & funk and preparing their third album as Duo, guitar and vocals, called 'Two of Us' highlighting their Latin roots.
