夏日解渴盛飲，美麗的啤酒泡沫是啤酒花和麥芽相遇的火光，綿密的泡沫包裹細膩的口感。輕盈剔透的黃色液體是尚青的啤酒！醉遊酒廠文化資產，我們將發現啤酒產業可謂生死(生活、生計、生命)攸關。
本次線上講座將帶大家一親臺灣與希臘啤酒廠的芳澤，從臺灣的活態遺產建國酒廠與嘉義文創園區到搖身一變為希臘雅典國家當代美術館的世紀中期現代主義酒廠，讓我們一杯一杯復一杯，來一場探究文資保存與活化無數可能的知識饗宴。

Roaming in the brewery industrial heritages, we will find how closely the beer industry is interwoven with livelihood and life.
The ANIH seminar looks into the brewery industrial heritage of Taiwan and Greece, discovering the various possibilities of industrial heritage preservation and revitalization. There are the Jianguo Brewery and Chiayi Cultural and Creative Industries Park in Taiwan, which echo to the zeitgeist of contemporary urban scape with the old spirit and space, also the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Greece, a celebration of up-to-date aesthetics in the body of a mid-century modernist brewery.
