CXO Forum:CRE Index Performance for 18 Industries in Hong Kong

APCSC and HKUST researchers have jointly developed the HK CRE Index covering 18 industries’ customer satisfaction, loyalty, and NPS performance. The upcoming CXO Forum will focus on the top line results of the respective key players in the following 18 industries:  Attractions, Bank, Bus, E-Commerce, Cafe & Fast Food Restaurant, Broadband, PayTV, Credit Card, Package Delivery, Shopping Mall, Food Delivery, Mobile Telecom, Insurance (Life & None Life), Railway, Supermarket & Pharmacy, Stock Trading industries performance benchmarking reports.


We would like to invite you to participate in the upcoming CXO Forum to share, exchange, and learn the latest development and best practices from cross industry leaders.

Update on research findings will be presented.
