About the courses:
The courses conducted by Chef Adrian, an expert in making wonderful pastry desserts with a totally plant-based approach. Chef Adrian has been a vegan for 13 years and has worked as a professional culinary coach for 10 years, both in his own freelancing consultancy business and with several famous restaurants in Europe and Taiwan.
