Crème Pâtissier, Soufflée Glacé au Chocolat and Tarte Bourdaloue, a few fancy desserts you can learn to bake.

Whether you are an absolute beginner with zero experience or an expert level chef looking to upgrade, our level 1 and 2 workshops are designed for you to improve your culinary skills with a five-star experience.  

World renowned Chef Adrian Wu will provide hands-on instructional teaching for our students to create multiple Vegan French Desserts extravagant enough to serve the queen. 

Vegan French Pâtisseries workshop in Ucommune Mong Kok during the weekend of the 12th and 13th (level 1) or 19th and 20th of October (level 2) and be a culinary expert in the art of making exquisite desserts. #AchieveMore

About the courses: 

The courses conducted by Chef Adrian, an expert in making wonderful pastry desserts with a totally plant-based approach. Chef Adrian has been a vegan for 13 years and has worked as a professional culinary coach for 10 years, both in his own freelancing consultancy business and with several famous restaurants in Europe and Taiwan.
