Italian Traditional 義大利傳統披薩
In this class we'll learn how to make the real italian pizza that is a must for italian people. The first Pizza was made in south Italy, and quickly became famous around the world for its unique flavour. Mozzarella and tomato sauce are the base of every kind of pizza, every city in italy from south to north add its typical ingredients but the most famous are: margherita,capricciosa, quattro formaggi and caprese. Which one would you like to cook and try? let's start making pizza together ;)

Chiara來自義大利南方的小鎮，她為了學習中文來到台灣，她說在台灣的生活非常舒服，就只是偶爾會想念義大利美食。Chiara說許多食材在台灣並不好買，但她會努力把最道地的風味呈現給大家。更多資訊請見Chiara的個人頁面。
