來自比利時的Matt要帶領大家品嚐豐富的比利時啤酒，
比利時啤酒有超過600種，有豐厚的麥酒、有迷人的水果啤酒，Matt說比利時人是喝著啤酒長大的。
旅外的比利時人常有鄉愁，就像旅外的台灣人想念醬油，
Matt說幸好台灣也能找到非常不錯的比利時啤酒，
Matt將帶領大家走遍台北道地的比利時酒吧、喝過道地的各種啤酒，
我們的第一站是公館小巷子裡的Cafe Bastille。
Matt:
Have you ever wondered why beers have foam, why some beers are brown and others golden or do you simply enjoy drinking an icy cold brew from time to time? Yes? Then this class is definitely for your. I invite you to join me on a journey in to the incredible world of Belgian beers. We will taste 2 – 3 beers, ranging from fruity and light to heavy and bitter. With each beer I will provide you with some history, background and interesting tips. Afterwards it is up to you to share your experiences with your classmates.

Matt來自比利時，能夠說英、德、法、荷蘭語，他主修歷史，喜歡啤酒與故事。
