活動摘要
本次活動的主要形式為「一起動手做」( 中文活動) & 「專家座談」(請注意, 此座談以英文演講)
1. 動手做 : User Story Mapping Workshop(使用者故事圖譜工作坊)
需求的整理對軟體開發團隊來說, 永遠不是一件輕鬆的事情. 有時很列太多, 看不清楚全貌; 有時候又忘記哪裡還沒有再進一步拆解; 有時候雖然已經整理完了, 可是因為太複雜, 無法讓使用者容易了解. 那是否有些好的做法, 可以幫我們解決這些問題.
在敏捷社群, 有一種做法叫做使用者故事 (user story), 藉由簡單的描述, 以及商業價值的導入, 讓我們透過適當的討論, 可以知道客戶遇到什麼問題, 或者為什麼客戶需要這個功能. 它已經幫我們跨出很好的一步了, 可是對於上述的需求組織的問題, 仍然還缺臨門一腳, 因此我們打算介紹使用者故事圖譜 (user story mapping), 透過手把手地的調教, 讓大家可以快速上手.

2. 專家座談 : How to optimize trials-and-error to develop better products(如何在反覆試用中開發更好的產品)
"Growth Hack" and "Lean Startup" methods are increasingly popular approaches to grow startups and products. As it is sometimes difficult to predict market trends, these approaches focus on the importance of developing improvements and delivering them rapidly to users, which will enable you to identify the key characteristics of popular product features. Still, deciding what changes to implement is often a challenge since there're numerous choices you can take in actual software implementation. To solve this issue, you should optimize your way of trials and errors so that you can know if your implementation is right or not as fast as possible. In this talk, I'll share Nulab's development process, from both technical and practical perspective, that has helped us evolve our products quickly and efficiently.

專家座談講者簡介
Someda Takashi 染田 貴志
Tech Evangelist
Takashi is the tech evangelist of Nulab, and has been involved in the design and development of the system architecture for Nulab's services which include Backlog – an online project management tool, and Cacoo – a web-based diagramming tool which has over a million users around the world.
After obtaining his master's degree in informatics at the Graduate School of Kyoto University, Takashi joined Sun Microsystems as an engineer and engaged in performance testing of various systems. Prior to joining Nulab, he was also the CTO of a startup that provides e-learning systems. He writes technical articles about development process like software configuration management to tech magazines in print and online magazines. He also loves to share experience and knowledge that he've got through developing Nulab's services in Agile and engineer communities.
