我們。一起打造了一座<被工業擁抱的藝術>工廠 part.2

     接續2014年的「我們．一起．打造了一座工廠」，2015開春，也就在「社后藝術工廠」營運一年後，邀請到實踐大學建築系系主任蕭有志擔任策展人，7位駐地藝術家駱麗真、劉文瑄、葉怡利、廖堉安、郭慧禪、楊培君、張恆銘，與兩位長期關注工業生產議題的藝術家李勇志、柯姿安展覽外揭露進駐第二年的藝術家們，因著這個四鄰環繞著各種工業與產業的特殊環境產生了什麼樣創作上的影響？這也是為什麼這個展覽特意保留了一年前「我們．一起．打造了一座工廠」這個宣言般的開幕聯展標題。另一方面這個延續性的展覽標題也特意被新植入了「被工業擁抱的藝術」幾個字；除了更清楚反映了這些駐地藝術家近期的集體創作狀態，也企圖引起一種更深入探究工業與藝術之間關係的對話與關照。

In the spring of 2015, one year after “SheHou Art Factory” came in service, this exhibition promptly reveals the various artists who boldly jumped aboard. What sort of creative influences are present in a unique concoction of neighboring industries and businesses? Thus is the reason why this exhibition deliberately kept last years’ slogan “Together. Let Us. Build a Factory” –a statement-like heading for the opening ceremony. For the purpose of extending the exhibition topic, the angle of being “Embraced by Industries” was inserted within; not only does this reflect the recent state of the stationed artists more accurately, it serves also as a note or a reminder of the untracked depths of the relationship between industries and artists. With this goal in mind, the exhibition invited two other artists, both committed long-term within the circle of artistic creation and industries and businesses, to stay post at “SheHou Art Factory” for a brief period. We welcome them to this exhibition, and wish to ignite sparks between “art and industries”, in hopes that the spotlight from “SheHou Art Factory” will be able to shine for distance and intensity.
